From the Mountain Top

FROM THE MOUNTAIN TOP – four Haiku

from the mountain top
checkerboard to spreading seas
i standing alone

from the mountain top
what the great winged eagle sees
so solitary

from the mountain top
my every thought soaring
a dizzying height

at last I descend
join the passing parade
know nothing decided

Isn't that the way it goes, Daver. We take time to be alone and ponder life, but often return (descend) with no decisions made. Insightful statement on human behavior. Have a blessed Fathers Day, dear friend. Love, Carolyn

From an eagle's vantage point, Daver? I'm still thinking about the write before, it will taint what I write, so I'll come back to read this!:) Best wishes, Love, Mikki

VERY nice, daver. I love how each one began, From the moutain Top. The first one really made me recall my plane trips and how the land looks that way. LUv ,Andrea
