From Me To You
When your days are filled with rain showers
And tomorrow chills your soul,
Think of me and this guide to follow-
I promise love will you enfold
Rule one is very simple and a perfect way,
for us to start
Every cloud has a silver lining,
That will guide you through the dark
Take firm hold of the thread unraveling
It is waiting just for you –
To re-entwine the threads of life
from old to something new
Rule two is just “believe” ;
no guesswork need be done,
That above the darkened clouds
You’ll find and feel the warming
of the sun
You have chased a thousand rainbows,
Searched to find that pot of gold
So rule three may seem outrageous
And you’ll find it hard,
truth be told
But once you’ve caught the rainbow,
You must not take the pot of gold
Now it sounds alittle crazy
But you must follow my advice
If not then greed will rule you
And you’ll lose all you’ve achieved
The fourth and final rule
Is to you you must be true
Surround yourself with happiness
Let your heart from love explode
It’s your choice to change your destiny
Its exciting to break the mold
Live the dream that you are making
The stars are yours to hold
The moon is my special gift to you-
To forever brighten your path
