From Darkness Unto the Light

It was God in Christ who reconciled
a darkened world without truth.
His Lamb slain, so meek and mild
was resurrected as the ultimate proof.

We are turned from darkness unto the Light;
when we come to receive that truth,
we live the desire to do that which is right,
our changed lives are the ultimate proof.

Once lost and now a world to gain,
we reach this one soul at a time.
Seeking to lift them from places of pain;
to not do this would be the ultimate crime.
