From Above, Beyond That

All my life, oh God,
I try to please this chain of fate.
To call pretty spring the song I sing.

You are mine, as the Mountains need of the sky.
You are mine, as the River needs of the rain.
You are mine, as the Streaming of blood
	Melting Proteins.
You are mine, as the Green light
Of the Needs you to lift me high.

Why then I do not have you?
