From a Cobalt Blue Sky

Evening snow falls silently
from a cobalt blue sky-
floating, glistening like diamonds
attracting one's eye.
Full moon lights up
snow's free falling way
with not so very many words
for anyone to say.
And so goes the evening
of ice coated weekends
delighting old and young children
and forever dreamy eyed friends.
