Frightened
To love
To love like this
Hurts
I am his love
But yet outside
Looking in
Looking for
What others
May see
In him
And in that moment
I hold my heart
And pray
So much inside
That this face
This face
That is meant to be forever
Can keep his love
From all that tries outside
