Frienship

Despite our paths have parted...
Our roots still remain

Like plants being flung out of orbit...
our friendship is much the same

We shared memories, laughs and conversations...
Which simulated our brains

The bench by the beach...
Which we sat talking all day

Our friendship which has blossomed..
has not and shall not ever die

For when our paths cross throughout the seasons...
We pick up from where we left off

As if we never said...
                        ...goodbye
