Friends Gift Of Light
As light shines through the reflections we make,
Her wisdom and insight engraved in her wake,
She invested the time so I understood,
Emotions and feelings as only she could,
Another soul might have turned a blind eye,
Care wrapped in kindness through a breath and a sigh,
Like a hummingbird's wings, in the grace of full flight,
Her beauty and light bring spring's delight,
She's a friend who speaks through the language of love,
Enlightening souls from blessings above.
