Friends Are Forever

Friends are a lifetime of shared experiences
and memories, laughter, caring, sharing
secrets, honesty, listening, fights, talking,
advise, dreams. And a true friend is a gift to cherish.
       Friends are forever.

(True friends are like diamonds.
They're precious and rare.
False friends are like autumn leaves.
You'll find them scattered everywhere.)

The second portion was wrote by an anonymous poet.
