Friends

In the days of summer, warm and bright, Perspiring moments, a joyful sight, As flowers bloom, their smiles ignite, Foliage laughter, a charming invite. Sunset bids temporary goodbyes, Promising hope in the sun's demise, My heart's hope never withers or dies, As stars bring calmness to the skies. In the realm of lights, stars enthrall, Freeing my soul to dream and to soar, Reaching heights I had never explored, With dreams and hopes forever adored. Allured by the world, beautiful and strange, My heart mused and my aim did arrange, With friends by my side, days seemed so grand, Together we cherished life's dreams so unplanned.
