Friend of None
Viruses, the old, the new
What’s next? God only knows
Each new one that makes its debut
Will put on quite a show
And the people are distracted
As the virus takes its toll
Too bad for the weak hearted
A threat for any soul
And when it keeps on lingering
The fearless start to scoff
They’re done with all that hiding
They’ve simply had enough
And as they dare to look the virus
Straight into the eyes
Now watch how this pretentious lot
Soon shrivels up and dies
It’s so you now, the rules are clear
Ignore them if you dare
The virus is a friend of none
So no one it will spare
All viruses, the old, the new
Have all now claimed their place
They rule, destroy, they terrorize
And set the world ablaze.
