Brussel sprouts are one of my favourate veggis, thanks for writing this Haiku, Doris! I always fry them fist a bit in a pan and than boil them in vegetable broth until tender, lovely taste if adding a bit nutmeg, pepper and salt!...Thank for your kind comments and have a nice week...Gert

Much critisised vegetable , a distinct taste,loved or hated, no middle - I hated ,now I love , in small portions !!!!
