Freedom From Bullies
Grey
weight
like dirty chains
twists around cells, organs
becomes pitted inside
enters insidiously relentlessly by cruel fangs
the coldest of judgement like blood splashed
at white light
So polluted
the angry
paranoia
the weak
closed
minds
gravitate toward each other
the mean
find the
mean
and sometimes
the gentle
the inward
the quiet
cannot tell the difference
the poison
is taken in
allowed to take hold
manifests as
the deepest of
sadness
doubt
shame
it becomes the prison
within which the
cruel
closed
beings
pace and stare
Freedom
true freedom
is the discovery
the remembering
the darkness does not belong within
it was never one's own
in an instant
this knowing
brings the Release
and a beautiful return to
to Living in
weightless
fluttering
light
