Freedom

Freedom is the joy free from pain
Freedom is no more lies nothing else to gain
Freedom is being able to reach for the sky
Freedom is being absent no more tears in my eyes
Freedom is holding your friend through the night
Freedom is caresing the morning light

When it's all over I hope we are free like Nelson Mandela free
like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. free
like any form of injustices
We all deserve the freedom of 1776 independence

That's what I wish for you and me
                   Freedom

This poem is dedicated to the people who Sacrificed for
              your Freedom and mine

                    Freedom

Yes, Patricia, we do enjoy freedom in this great country of ours, and honor those who sacrificed limb and life to safeguard our future.
