Freedom

I saw a child His eyes were full of the invisible tears He never cried but in his eyes There were words that made me freeze I never want to be a prisoner Not even for a day I never want to be chased after Not even listen to what they say I never want them to tell me what to do Not even what to wear and eat I never want them to tell me whom to pray I know my God , He does the lead I never want them to follow my direction Don't want them to be in the same line I don't want to be forced to do something Go your way, and I go mine I don't want to be put in a cage looking at the world from inside Don't want my eyes to be shining I Just want to see the whole world Wide Stop following my moves, i'm not a prisoner Stop pretending that you are protecting me Just hold me with your arms wide open like a bird And show me the light and set me free I couldn't do any thing to that child Just smile and touch his head His eyes say (i believe in hope) I sit watching him eat his precious piece of bread
