Free Tee Wee

Been cranking out some crazy dreams
of prehistoric birds in flight

Six foot tall with bills like puffins
looking to roost for the night

One flew into a high line wire did a triple
and slammed to the ground

I stared in amazement as he got to his feet
What He did then would truly astound

Head down he charged in predating gear
To the place that my father stood

Quickly recast by the man that I Wed
Who then stepped out of sight as he should

Another one then caught the sight of me
Pursued me like honey and he was the bee

I ran hard for cover soon to arrive
Struggling to secure the door to the hive

And made it just in time

As his full bodied weight slammed into the door
Clawing he scratched with a deafening roar

I awoke to a silence sublime

Don't know why you need to know this
Just somehow feel you do

Sleep tight tonight don't let
monster birds bite and swallow you without a chew

And now, the 'deeper meaning?!' ... I've been having some pretty bizarre dreams myself, Vickey. Last night a wooden thing shaped like a tube of toothpaste, but with a head, flew next to me and told me that he was a horse - but he wouldn't give me a ride. Go figure... Cheers, Gershon

I am mulling over that dream of yours. Not that I look at dreams as anything other than a reflection of your psychological file cabinet past /present interspersed with a sprinkling of the bizarre strictly for entertainment purposes.I ask myself as the one who casts, directs, and performs what does each mean to me?Often I come up with nada.

I hope it was just a dream and a not a dream within a dream. Reads more like a nightmare. I hope your dreams are much better tonight and that you rest a peaceful sleep. Thanks for sharing and for dropping by my page. Sara
