Free Air Tomorrow

Is it far from here
He said wondering about
An uncertain future
This time tomorrow
Remains burrowed in
Borrowed time
I have trained my eyes
To see better in the
Lesser light of dusk
There is nothing good that
You try to sell me should
Why tell me what I’m missing
It is understood that
Tomorrow never comes but
Not for the lack of dying
