Francisca
Lots of joy in my life you brought,
I wouldn’t think of any other gift.
Many times life was a mist,
Bringing turmoil in its midst.
Your soothing smile always gave me bliss,
Filling the cracks of loneliness with ease.
Your beauty I always adored,
A gift from the highest Lord.
Every day in our marriage was celebration,
A miracle that was beyond comprehension.
But now, I lay you to rest,
As my soul gets unrest.
