Crushed
F ragile hearts find
R ivers of tears
A llow source of pain
G ain release from deep
I nside where it remains.
L ike a dam that allows
E scape of overflow.
H earts that have suffered
E normous hurts.
A re fragile beyond repair.
R efusing to repeat mistakes.
T errified of trusting again.
S uch a crying shame.
