Fourth Love

There's 3 loves in a lifetime
Or so we've all been told
But when they don't work out
Is there still one more to hold

It may seem a little rough
But with any kinda luck
I'll find my fourth love...

This time I'll get it right
Our conversations
Lasting deep into the night

All of the others
Were just lessons to help me grow
Now I know....
I found my fourth love

Looking back upon my first
And the lessons that I gained
The excitement and the wanting
Feel the same

The second and the third
Helped me find my true worth
Now here I am all because
I finally found my fourth love

I've found my fourth love...

This time I got it right
Our conversations
Last deep into the night

All of the others
Were just lessons to help me grow
Now I know....
I found my fourth love...

I've questioned for so long why we weren't together
Now time makes it oh so clear to me
Had you been my first, second or even third
You'd probably wound up being
Another memory

I finally found my fourth love......
