Four Seasons
FOUR SEASONS
Seasons come and seasons go,
Each reveal a different show.
Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring,
Nature's way of change to bring.
Summer months will roll on by,
With little rain the ground is dry.
Hot days do not always please,
How welcome is a cooling breeze.
Autumn lays a carpet down,
Yellow, orange, red and brown.
Leaves twirl softly from the trees,
Like butterflies, they dance with ease.
Winter rains fall to and fro,
On the mountains there is snow
Dark night skies can be a wonder,
When lightning joins with claps of thunder.
Nourished by a spring-time shower,
Scented roses start to flower.
Daffodils raise their golden heads
To brighten up the garden beds.
Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring,
Nature's way of change to bring.
