Fountain of the Deep

  Here on this Tidal swell of ecosystemic Truth, 
emotion ebbs and flows its chemical lore 
spilled on the ocean lure, 
a reef of coral corraled in a liquid belief, demure 
and laying about the floor, to embark,
a mysterious Sprite in the dark,
waiting for you to pin her down in the light 
with your spark.
For you to see Her love for you,
is paramount,
she is the conception, the Siren
the reflection, the direction that twinkles a gem.
No matter what you discover and find, 
there will remain that Life, itself is the fountain 
of the deep. That which does you in, her wade and drink.

Ink Empress March 10, 2024 at 3:04 AM What a deep and profound write this is, the more i read your poems the more i realize how worthy of accolades your poems are, so versatile yet every poem has that deep touch which would ensure readers would ponder and connect on a soul level. I especially love the lines “ she is the conception, the Siren the reflection, the direction that twinkles a gem.
