You awaken one
>day to find
that the many
>paths and roads you
traveled have molded
>who you are to be.
Many voices from the
>past 'shouts' their
constant bad advice
>>>at you
the windows rattle
>house shakes and
you stand waiting for
>>the destruction.

'Make something of yourself'
>become President,
a Lawyer, or Doctor just
>>make us Proud
the 'shouts' scream their
>daily bad advice,
But you didn't listen to
>them not even once
the respect now gone
>at that moment you knew
what had to be done!

You, whirl through life
>like the winds from the
storms that came.
>>>You, stood listening
with stiffen fists wanting to
>>>hit something or
maybe hit someone but at
>that moment you made a
Choice to change the
>>>>Foundations
of your past that had been
>>pounded in to 'you'.
