Fortune Favors the Brave

If my ink poured out success,
Would my words still hold their value?
If I wrote a book around emotions,
What more could I tell you?

If fame became my fortune,
Would we still be friends?
If my life changed dramatically,
Would I still pick up a pen?

If I left tomorrow,
Would you follow me?
If my words don't move you,
Would you give me eyes to see?

If I lost my passion,
Would you show me how to love again?
If I lost my will to write,
Would you help me pick up my pen?
