Forth

My love still sought in thy intent
away from waiting thy relent.
Not far but from some left, ill spent
of when your will became unsent!

Some caring then directed, lent
but toward togetherness, unbent
I touched your calling, soon my own
but still appalling not e're known.

And hoped for without stall's condone
does want tomorrow's paths, less loan.
I wanted your completeness, shown
as holding without sorrow's prone!

Going forth, God's keeping sown
in measures thought through but unknown.
A secret hope in thee still thrown
assurance, loving as this poem!
