Forgotten Soul

The cost of blame and resentment Lost Under The dead weight Of abandon Blamed Her Sadness Upon those Who broke her heart, Closed. Frost Upon The branches Of the willow Tranced Sight Of the Mystiek moon Revealing the Gloom. Rose To look For the way To be free of pain Ghost Lone soul Forgotten Had loved no one Lost. i would find you a better english teacher than a poet. to you it seems the only pleasure in writing is the tedious aspect of analysis. sometimes the point of a poem, as with any art, is to merely evoke an emotional response not be picked at like carrion so i can feel comfortable that i "know what it means". if you insist on degrading my work in such a manner i would ask you to never read it again. good day.

Incredible lanterne, Caroline. How sad when someone dies without having experienced love. And, of course, people often shift the blame of their broken hearts to others. Sad, but so true. Great work, my friend. Love, Carolyn
