Forgotten Memories
I wonder if you have forgotten those memories that we have made.
Memories of all the time we spent.
Just when I thought I had forgotten you, you came sauntering back into my life.
I no longer needed your aid.
Why would you so selfishly break the heart that I lent?
My soul sits in eternal strife.
The price I paid,
Should have been enough, but with you there can never be enough torment.
I should have listened to the words that cut me like a knife
For I wish I could forget those forgotten memories.
