Forgotten
I never met you
On that date.
We never connected
it wasnt great.
We didnt talk the night away,
We really, didnt have much to say.
We never laughed at each others jokes.
There was no eye contact,
Or chemistry at all.
You werent handsome
You werent the one.
I wasnt pretty enough,
For any fun.
I felt nothing,
When I was with you.
I know you felt the,
same way to.
We never hugged much or kissed
There really wasnt much of this.
There was no passion,
For neither of us,
We didnt yearn ,
for each others touch.
We werent sad,
when we said goodbye
Not a tear drop,
or even a good cry
I WONDER WHY????
Actually,
not a word thus far,
Is the truth.
But it has to be,
Because.
