Forgive

forgive my sins
she whispered through the wind
a prayer up above
to safe her from herself
no one trusts her anymore
how could they when she doesnt trust herself
bloody red marks like a life line for the heart beating wildly in her chest
empty she walks down the tiles of the empty school day
unable to forgive herself until she sees a sign
so she whispers
forgive my sins
one more time
