Forgetting,
Forgetting,
Is Oft Times Painful
7-3-2016
Seems all our actions effect another,
And while not always feeling our pain.
They empathize, as would any other,
Though facial utterances look so feign.
Pain is not always the nerve end kind,
But sometimes takes root in the heart.
One whose existence you’ve not defined,
Whose retention has declined to depart.
