Forged By Fire

Tremble! My hands shake when I look up to see the scorn in their faces
I fold a punch to hide my distress
My heart ache when I know nothing will change
Fear cripple my entire being and
Hopelessness became my companion
In the furnace of life, Pain dive into my heart
It heats up my blood and travels through my vein
I'm moulded by what I fear most, Hatred from loved ones
Just like gold, tested through fire to shine
I have learned to love myself and my scar
