Forever More

The sunset never looked the same,
As you stood beside me back in those days.
Days that are now just a memory,
How years and time have turned the, into centuries.
Know this is not our first time here,
Yet each time when we return, we end up here.
Here where the mountains touch the sky,
Here where the mighty eagles fly.
A time and place that forever is gone,
Yet in my heart it will always live on.
Where the spirit and the heart still soar,
And you are by my side forever more.
