Forever Blue
I thought our love was stronger
than our weakness,
There once was no space
for someone to get between us.
The love we shared
gone in the blink of an eye,
You giving a crap is in short supply.
I knew we had troubles
never considered calling it quits,
I knew that loving you
was as good as it gets.
You viewed it
in a different way,
I was not aware
of the game you play.
I controlled my emotions
and remained cool,
Only to find out
I played the fool.
You were wrapped
around someone new,
My wellbeing
you gave no thought to.
For ten years
we share the same bed,
You killed my heart
and blew my head.
I must have lived
in a grand illusion,
Pardon me
for all the confusion.
I could of never
giving up on you,
You turned my world
FOREVER BLUE.
