Forever?
What does forever means
when one can walk away
what is immortal love
when one searches for more
Eternity is desired
but feelings turn
hearts grow cold
till death
vows broken in courts
Eternal love
is only a dream
the hour to wake up will come
the dream will end
Today is here
tomorrow is too far for some to see
yesterday many have forgotten
The once eternal flame
has been extinguished
only coldness remains
