Forever

I decided I'm meant to be forever alone
Until I met you and gave love a go
It was exciting at first to have texts on my phone
Until I got stressed and ached to go home
I walked out your door to be on my own
Accepting my fate as forever alone

Stressed by texts?! --- Good thing you walked out now! The stress of marriage makes texts look like Mickey-Mouse stuff... lol... Cute poem, Ciara. Write on, please! And welcome to Poetry Soup! Best wishes, Gershon

Do NOT close the door; you never know what will pop up (or out) when you are dealing with men! Aloha! Rico
