Forbidden Secrets

Forbidden secrets I could never tell
Shared memories that have put us both through hell
One sided point of view
You forget I was there too
My mistakes I have made
Hoping you were the one that stayed
By your actions I have been deceived
I guess things weren’t as I believed
Away from my life you faded fast
Now your just a memory of the past
With us time has changed much
Adding a sense of life’s touch
A bond now broken
Was a life lessons token
