For Those Who Suffer Loss
"Here..........
I am ...........
Alone.........
Again.........
Living................
Living...............
If this is called living ........
Without you...
Today.............
Is just another day ......................
I face .....................
In this lonely world ....................
Without you........
Here at my side..........
I go through........
The motions........
Trying to pretend................
I am the man ..........
I use to be ..............
We had our days.........
Of playing in the sun........
We walked.......
Though flowered fields........
I don't know .........
If I'll ever find........
My way............
without you.....
Yesterday.......
It was just yesterday .........
(It was just yesterday)
When you were here....................
At my side..............
The weight of my sorrow...............
Is more than I can bare..................
Ae I face the dark days of tomorrow.............
With no one I can
share.............
We walked hand in hand ............
To the door of eternity.........
Where I stood by silently .............
As you slipped on through............
To the other side...........
And I................
Was forever changed................
Even in this silence..
I still hear you calling...(Calling my name )
You are on a journey......
A journey made for only one..
Now I walk through these hours....
as they turn into days ....
Facing the memories ..............
of our yesterdays
The light of new days to come
Floating on the flowing winds
of my memories....
lost.....
I am lost within the haze...
Our moments..
....lost to this world ....
But forever living in my mind.......
Our moments now locked silently.............
forever in my mind........
Though I try to search for answers I know I'll never find...
I live my life through.... those yesterdays...."
