For the World
Here, tonight, I lay down with a question in my mind
And if I had to die today?
Would I be proud of what I’ve done?
Or brave in the last sparkle of life?
Did I tell everybody all the feelings of my mind?
Or did I fell all the heart beats that a lover bares?
Is not about a rule or about reason
Is just a little man, lying in the bed
Who didn’t mean this to be sad
But to be as alive as baby birds been Born in a new season
Did you take a deep breath today?
Have you ever been truly in Love?
Would you die hugging your wallet?
Or maybe Just your family’s photo?
Would you write about a new car that you bought?
Or about the laughs from a puppy that you found?
Is not about what you did, but what you will do
Not about a simple followed form
Not about what they tell you to do,
But knowing yourself to do the Best for you
About saving at least one life, yours
And helping others to save their selves
And for the world we wish for the Best
