One of the hardest things to do in life is to quit smoking tobacco. I've tried numerous times but every time I tried eventually I have gone back to that damn cancer stick. I lost my mother at the early age of fifty nine from smoking so you would think I would have learned my lesson. Well, it's been over a year ago since I wrote this poem and threw away my last pack of smokes. Hope all of you who want to quit, stick with it and keep up the will power. Because (pardon my french) but this really is no effin joke.
