For the Pleasure of Your Eyes
The beauty that our Father shows
through the sunlit sky
is evidence to us, His heirs
that He is always nigh.
From mountain peaks so greatly majestic
to the smallest blade of grass,
whatsoever our Father creates
is ours from His Love so vast.
Made for the pleasure of your eyes,
this world speaks of things to come.
For it is true that what is temporal dies,
beckoning you to seek God's Son.
Eternity is so much more glorious than this,
this place where God wants you to live.
Life with Him there is immeasurable bliss
if your life to Him you will give.
