For the Love of Money

For the love of money
Is the root of all evil: so they say.
But many will continue, on their greedy way.
Which while some coveted after,
They have erred from the faith,
And pierced themselves though with
SORROWS.
Which I guarantee you, will be there tomorrow.
They never listen my dear to hear, what Jesus has said.
And this is why through lust and greed they walk among the dead.

Amen'

I ran out of room - your poetry is simple - yet it has more than just words - it has rhythm and moves the reader forward and puts an easy to understand message to those that find it hard to interpret the Bible when reading. Give it a go - I think you have a good chance of being published. Good Luck - Let me know what becomes of it if you do. Regina

Susan - go to Tate Publishing - it is a christian book publisher that accepts new manuscript submissions by new authors. If you go to youtube and type in how to submit a poetry manuscript (follow it exactly) - put together enough of your poetry

Only one suggestion - the last line - change the word 'threw' to 'through' = Nice work.

The medium of the mind, money is the medium between Love, and Greed, like a seed that is sown, for good or evil. Thank God we do have a choice, in the matter. Good write My Lady, Sincerely, Love, Moses
