For Robyn, Forever in Our Hearts

The world still turns, the seasons change,
Yet without you here, it feels so strange.
But in our hearts, your light still glows,
A love so strong, it always shows.

You cheered so loud, you stood so tall,
For Essendon’s red and black, through all.
Through every goal, through every fight,
Your Bomber pride was shining bright.

And when the Stars lit up the sky,
You watched them play with joyful eyes.
Red and black, your colors true,
A passion that will live in you.

Though now the stands may seem so bare,
We feel your spirit everywhere.
In every game, in every cheer,
We hold you close, you're always near.

So here’s to you, to all you gave,
A soul so kind, a heart so brave.
Though you're beyond the final call,
Your love for life still shines on all.
