For Once In My Life

They smelted
moonlight
into one
million
dollar bars.

My eyes
had seen
the scintillating
golden
vermillion
light of the
moon.

I rode off into
the sunset
...as it began to melt.

It... was... the... strangest...
feeling
that I've
...ever
felt.

The darkness in men's
hearts
began to flee.
For once in my life--

I seen...
inside of me.
