For My Dearest Love Jacob

The dark black sky it glimmers,
     Brighter than the Sun.
     I look around this broken world
(I) see your the only one.
     When all the strength escapes earths roots,
     And floats out past the sea.
     And when the ground below me breaks 
     I know you'll carry me.
     All my hope is buried deep,
     Not just beneath the skin.
     But deep within my soul it lays
     Inspiring my pen.
     This Love I feel embraces me
     The black sky wraps me tight.
     Because of your bright shining eyes
     I know I'll sleep tonight
