For My Children

(My Son)
A joy to be with
Smart as a whip
Annoying at times ;)

&
   (My Daughter)
Delightful little smiles
Annoying at times ;)
Never a dull moment
Intelligent little girl
Extremely smart
Lovable to no end
Lovely in every way
Excitable when bubba is being mean

Everyone keeps saying try something new. Well here you go. I figured that I would do one
for my children. You guys are the best, thanks for all the help and encouragement.

This has the warmth of Leave it To Beaver or Father Knows Best. There's nothing wrong with that, especially today. You obviously love them very much. Thank you for your kind remarks regarding my contest entry. Regards, Gerard

Love the way you use the acrostic to tell us about your children. They sound wonderful and you're a very lucky and talented lady, Misty! Delightful read! Love, Carolyn

Fantastic Misty. You never know what you can do until you try. Just stay true to yourself and your poetry. Write from the heart don't force it. Excellent writing. I am sure your children will adore this. Love, Carol
