For My Birthday, a New Life

For My Birthday, A New Life By Rick Rucker At my age, a birthday is usually no cause for cheers, But this is the best one in years! My fiancée gave me a weekend away, We went to a casino, so we could both play! Actually, the Title for her that I used, Is a term, very often abused! So it would have been, if I’d used it before, But she accepted my Proposal, it’s inaccurate no more! It might be a year before it comes to pass, But I’m going to marry this sweet little lass! If you see me, and how I beam, It’s because, for this birthday, I got my Dream!
