For Kids At Heart
It’s days of sunshine I am after
Filled with play, song and laughter.
Would you like to come along?
Together, we’ll sing a happy song.
Little ones, look into the sky
Watch the pretty birds fly by.
Listen to them sing happy songs,
Aren’t you glad you came along?
Look over there upon that log,
A big old, slimy, silly frog.
Watch him as he croaks his song.
Aren’t you glad you came along?
The fish are coming to the top.
Throw them some food, so they don’t stop.
It’s amazing when they swim about
Doesn’t it make you want to shout?
Over there, now, quick! Look, a squirrel.
I wonder if it’s a boy or a girl.
Don’t get too close, you’ll scare it away.
Aren’t you glad you came today?
