For Christ Came Down To Earth For Me

Remember what the prophets said,
Messiah would raise up the dead.
There 's life beyond what we can see,
For Christ came down to earth for me.

What faith, indeed, did Mary show,
Through every high and every low.
The Son of God upon a tree,
For Christ came down to earth for me.

When Satan tempts me day and night,
I must still try to do what's right.
Away from God, may I not flee,
For Christ came down to earth for me.

Where there is love, may joy abound,
Where there is hope, may you be found.
So I will ever pray to thee,
For Christ came down to earth for me.

What a delightful, smooth flowing and meaningful kyrielle, Charlotte. I believe that this is the first poem of yours I have read but it will certainly not be my last!

Thank you Wendy, for your kind words, I truly believe Christ should be the central pinnacle in our lives today, which to put into words is no easy task.
