For Children of War and Other Deceptions
The load of time
weigh heavy
on the yokes of life;
the unshelled shelled.
Gone.
Innocence of children
preyed upon;
life failed to root itself.
Janus face war genuflects
craving forgiveness;
praising its necessity.
