For All

Liberty,
    More than a statue is she.
Freedom,
    Into it we are born.

Is it possible to truly achieve
  These rights in which we believe
    In a world so politically
      Formed with a contentious mentality?

Liberty,
    Achieved sans bigotry.
Freedom,
    From within first it must come.

Such lofty standards to aspire
  Each of us could reach much higher
    And apply them to everyone
      Before expecting them in return.

Liberty,
    How I pray for thee.
Freedom,
    Meant for everyone.

Liberty, let her ring and freedom she shall bring.
